This knowledge competition was launched by Beike Biotech's Quality Management Center to bring the quality standards, key steps, and control points of every job role into the hearts of every Beike employee in a fun and educational way, helping them understand that quality management is not a set of cold rules and words but is woven into every operating step, handover process, and customer relationship of daily work.

The contestants were selected from Beike Biotech employees who actively signed up. They formed four teams: the Ultron Alliance Team (Guo Lijun, Li Juan, Chen Xuehong, Zhou Tingting); the Beike Pioneer Team (Yuan Wei, Huang Wenli, Huang Xiaobo, Guo Tao); the Autumn No-Winter Team (Zou Mengyun, Zhong Guiqiang, Zhu Li, Huang Yinfu); and the Happy Team (Kuang Xiaofang, Liu Bo, He Cheng, Lin Li).

The competition was divided into four stages, each thrilling and tense. Contestants pulled out all the stops to display their wits and style on stage.

Stage 1: Side by Side

This stage had 20 questions, with all four teams answering simultaneously. A correct answer earned 10 points; an incorrect answer lost 5 points and incurred a "morning star mace" penalty.

The moment the competition started, the contestants were quick-witted and answered fluently, demonstrating both adaptability and team chemistry, and the audience clapped continuously! (Cheers for our smart team members.)

Stage 2: Race to Answer

The buzzer round: 15 questions in total, with the right to answer earned by pressing a buzzer. A correct answer scored 10 points; an incorrect or incomplete answer cost 5 points and the answerer would be made to wear a wig, fake nose or other recording-band penalties. At the end of the stage, teams that answered incorrectly had to jump on an acupressure mat and step over a rope, the number of times equal to the number of incorrect answers.

"Race to Answer" was the most "battle-flavored" round of all. Knowledge depth and buzzer-pressing speed are both indispensable. Identifying the question at the fastest speed, scanning the knowledge points in your mind, and pressing the buzzer in your hand — every second is a tremendous test of a contestant's knowledge reserves.

Stage 3: Fortune and Misfortune

In the third stage, teams gained the right to choose the question type first based on the rankings from the previous two rounds. After the question was revealed, the team had the option to answer it or designate another team to answer; a correct answer earned 10 points and a wrong answer lost 10 points. There were also mysterious-liquid penalties (alas! It's mustard juice and bitter melon juice ~~).

This was the most suspenseful stage. A small slip would hand the opponent a chance to score, and the outcome could be decided in an instant. The editor quietly asks: how's your heartbeat?!

Stage 4: Lightning Decision

In the final stage, each team selected one representative to answer questions blindfolded, quickly judging right from wrong. A wrong answer would incur the morning star mace penalty.

Every blindfolded contestant had to remain calm and focused, drawing on their knowledge reserves and reaction speed to overcome challenges with ease.

How could such a fun event
be without an audience interaction segment?!

Yes, yes, yes —
with prizes as motivation,
the audience erupted,
actively jumping in to grab questions.
This let everyone experience
both the intensity of the competition
and the joy of answering.

The atmosphere was lively,
spirits ran ever higher,
making this knowledge competition full of wisdom
shine even brighter.

Time slipped away amid the wonderful contests
and in the blink of an eye, the competition was nearing its end.
