About the software

The cell bank team at the Beike Biotech Preparation Center began planning the development of the Cell Bank Sample Management System at the end of 2022. Through self-taught programming, the team organized members and upstream and downstream colleagues to discuss system functional requirements together and analyze system code design, interface design, and architecture in preparatory work. After 10 months of repeated debugging, modification, and refinement, the development of the Cell Bank Sample Management System was completed. The software system is divided into 8 core modules and enables full-process digital management of in-bank samples. The system has undergone comprehensive validation for safety, effectiveness, and compliance in accordance with GMP requirements. It went fully online on October 1, 2023.
