The China International Talent Exchange Conference - Shenzhen Forum, hosted by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, was held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. Numerous domestic and international experts, scholars and business elites gathered together for a top-tier forum on technological innovation and talent development.

On April 14, 2019, the 17th China International Talent Exchange Conference - Shenzhen Forum, hosted by the Ministry of Science and Technology (the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs) and the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, was held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. Zhang Jianguo, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology and Director of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs; Liu Qingsheng, Standing Committee Member of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee, Deputy Mayor and Party Group Secretary of the Shenzhen Municipal Government, as well as more than 700 experts, scholars, entrepreneurs and business elites from home and abroad, gathered together to share, in the new international landscape, ideas on the sustainable development and innovation of science, technology and talent.[1]

As a leading contributor to stem cell research and clinical translational application, Dr. Hu Xiang, Chairman of Beike Biotech, was invited to attend the forum and delivered an excellent keynote speech titled "Technological Innovation Driving the Medical Revolution," offering an in-depth interpretation of cutting-edge fields such as life sciences and the biomedical industry around three core themes — "people," "technology," and "life" — and discussing the outlook for future medicine.
