On September 25, 2019, the Fifth Skills Competition of Beike Biotech's Shenzhen Cell Preparation Center was successfully held! The cell preparation and testing skills competition has long been a fine tradition at Beike Biotech, designed to motivate new employees to enhance their professional skills, build a culture of "passing knowledge, helping, and mentoring" within the preparation center, and form a working ethos of "competing, learning, catching up, helping, and surpassing."

The events at this competition were all drawn from real cell preparation and testing work, namely: cell aliquoting & transfer, cell harvesting, and Gram stain microscopic identification. The contestants came from the cell preparation engineers of Beike Biotech's Shenzhen Cell Preparation Center. They formed a Professional Group for a head-to-head PK match. At the same time, colleagues from Beike Biotech's President's Office, Storage Business Unit, Customer Service Department, and Brand Center joined an Experience Group to try out these three events.

The cell preparation engineers of the Professional Group won round after round of applause from colleagues with their refined skills, fluent operation, and strict requirements at every step. The Experience Group colleagues, with strong curiosity and a humble, learning attitude, experienced the workflow and standards of preparation and testing. Those seemingly simple movements actually contain very strict standardization and normalization requirements at every step, and standardized workflow operation in every detail is both a responsibility to one's own work and a responsibility to every Beike Biotech customer.

Through tense and intense head-to-head competition, the following five contestants performed outstandingly and won the events:

Cell aliquoting & transfer: Qiu Zeyu, Gao Yang, Xing Lan

Cell harvesting: Wu Lyuqi

Gram stain microscopic identification: Lu Zhide

Through this skills competition, all colleagues at the company have been able to focus on precise, rigorous, standardized operations with a strong quality mindset, demonstrating to the fullest the technological and human-resource strengths Beike Biotech has built up through 14 years of dedication to the cell field. Cell technology touches the safety of people's lives. It is precisely because of these strict, standardized procedures and the technicians' constant self-review of their professional skills and operating standards that they can earn the title of cell preparation engineer. And it is precisely because of these excellent cell preparation engineers that Beike Biotech can provide customers with the strongest possible technical assurance.
