To all relevant entities:
To regulate the construction and management of cell preparation centers in our city and to promote the development of the biotechnology industry, our Administration, in conjunction with the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, has organized the formulation of the Shenzhen standardization guiding technical document "Code for the Construction and Management of Cell Preparation Centers" (No. SZDB/Z 188-2016), which is hereby released and shall come into force on 1 July 2016.
This is hereby notified.
